The Students’ Association is proud to be one of the largest employers of students at Red Deer College. It employees students in a variety of areas include the Far Side Bar & Grill and the Lift.

The Students’ Association tries to meet the needs of students in a variety of ways. It provides services and representation and is one the largest employers of students on campus through its businesses, the Far Side Bar & Grill and the Lift. Monies generated are used to provide services, events, awareness campaigns and help fund student scholarships and awards at RDC.

Receptionist - SA Office 

The Students’ Association is seeking a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing front-line services at the Students’ Association office and providing administrative support to Executive Council and staff.

This is a part-time, hourly position (22.5 hours/week) working from 12 NOON to 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Preference will be given to an RDC student.

Volunteer Opportunities

The SA relies on our volunteers, students who are interested in rounding out their college experience, for success. SA volunteers meet great people, create friendships that will last a lifetime, and make a difference. Volunteer opportunities include being a representative on Students’ Association Council or Academic Council, writing for Viewpoints or helping out with SA events and awareness campaigns.
