Room & Table Bookings

Having a meeting? Holding a table event?

The Students’ Association books all rooms & tables for all recognized student groups. Additionally, the Association is responsible for booking all on-campus tables, whether it’s a College department, a group of Red Deer College students, or a class. For all room and table bookings, we require a minimum of one week’s notice. To book, simply complete the forms below and email your request to sardc-general(at)rdc.ab.ca.

If you are wanting to book a room for a non-student group related activity, please contact Facility Bookings at 403-342-3405.
