The Students' Association operates a year round housing directory, which aids students in their search to find suitable accommodations in the Red Deer area. The directory contains a listing of available off campus housing.
The Off Campus directory lists people who have accommodations available — room, room and board, basement suite, shared apartments — and their contact numbers..
If you have any questions regarding the directory, please contact the Students' Association at 403-356-4979 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or send an email here.
Place an ad for your off campus rental here Only one rental accommodation per listing. Housing listings cost $15 plus GST per listing. Each ad is valid for a period of 30 days, at which time it automatically expires.

Seeking NS M or F for basement suite in Normandeau. Our basement is best suited for trades people and serious college students who are cat lovers. It is a 1 bedroom which is fully furnished, very clean and a brightly lit area. The kitchen comes with tables and chairs, full sized fridge, two burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, cooking equipment and eating utensils. There is no stove. The living room area has a couch, loveseat and small TV. You will have your own 3 piece bathroom and your own laundry facilities with a new stacking washer and dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and lots of furniture for your personal belongings. There is almost 1000 sq. ft. of living space, however other than a few closets, there is no storage space. There is just no more room down there for any more furniture and everything you need is provided anyhow. You just need to bring your personal items, food, bedding, towels and if you prefer a larger TV. Unfortunately, your basement area has limited privacy as the owners, who live upstairs (with their 3 cats) need some access to their storage areas in the basement. Your privacy will be respected and disruptions will be kept to a minimum level. Your rent also includes your own outdoor sitting area (no parties or BBQs), twice monthly professional cleaning services and the love of our Tia. That is why you need to be a cat lover. She lives upstairs with us however, she is a very affectionate kitty that will demand your love and attention. Trades student welcome. If interested please email.
